Monkeys

I am wearing monkey socks today. My roommate Joyce gave them to me yesterday for my birthday. While they are not socks I would have bought for myself, I like them. And it's April Fool's Day and somehow monkey socks are fitting. Monkeys! Monkey business! Monkeyshines! Monkeying around! Monkey is a fun word to say. And the more times you type it, the more it looks mis-spelled.

And I really am wearing monkey socks and not just saying that I am as an April Fool's joke.

This, people, is what happens when I have a cold. I post about monkeys and wearing monkey socks. I need to go home...
